Deposit Information.

If you have been asked to leave us a deposit for your appointment, please click the button below to open the secure checkout form. You will be able to leave your deposit and we will then confirm your appointment for you. This deposit will be put towards your appointment and if you have full insurance coverage then your deposit will be refunded the day of your appointment.
